- SGCC galvanized sheet ordinary zinc and high zinc
Galvanized steel plate is to prevent the surface of steel plate from corrosion and extend its service life. A layer of metal zinc is coated on the surface of steel plate. This galvanized steel plate is called galvanized plate.
Surface characteristics: The zinc flakes on the surface of SGCC plain zinc plate are relatively uniform and delicate.
Surface characteristics: the zinc flakes of SGCC high zinc plate are relatively rough, with black zinc spots and dark color.
- SECC Electrolytic Plate
The surface of the electrolytic plate is thinner. In terms of antirust performance, under the condition of the same zinc thickness, the antirust ability of electrogalvanizing (electrolytic plate) is better, because the molecular structure is more stable after the density of zinc on the surface passes through the electrolytic process than after the ordinary high-temperature galvanizing.
Surface characteristics: the surface is smooth, flat, not easy to be damaged, and the color is silver gray and cyan. Fingerprint resistance, the SECC surface is coated with oil, and the adhesion of baking varnish is poor, so it needs to be polished. Non fingerprint resistant, no oil on SECC surface, generally dark and rough.
- SGLCC aluminum zinc clad plate
Al Zn coated steel plate is covered with Al Zn alloy on the surface of steel plate. It is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon solidified at about 600 ℃. It is used in extreme environments, has excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and can guarantee a service life of more than 20 years.
