How to Remove All Likes on Instagram

This minHour will teach you how to unlike all of the Instagram posts you have ever liked with your account. There's no super-fast way to do this--you'll have to unlike each post manually. Fortunately, Instagram saves a list of all of your liked posts, so you won't have to visit a bunch of different profiles to cover your tracks. You'll need to do this on your phone or tablet, as there's no way to view your liked posts in the web version of Instagram.

Steps

Open Instagram.

This app icon looks like a camera over a rainbow background that you’ll usually find on the Home screen, in the app drawer, or by searching.

Tap your profile picture.

You’ll see this in the bottom right corner of your screen. If you don’t have a profile picture, this is the default profile silhouette.

Tap ☰.

This three-line menu icon is in the top right corner of your screen.

Tap Settings.

It’s at the bottom of the menu next to a gear icon.

Tap Account.

You’ll find it towards the bottom of the menu.

Tap Posts You’ve Liked.

The last 300 posts you’ve liked will display here, with the most recent likes showing first.

Tap and hold your finger on a thumbnail.

This will open a preview window, but don’t release your finger from the screen.

Slide your finger to the heart icon.

This will un-like the post and remove it from your likes. You can repeat this process to as many posts as you want.
